Getting Started

Downloading videos from XXXdto is easy! Just browse the site, click the "Add Download" for the movies you want, and when you're ready to pay click "Download My Movies." You'll be taken to a secure payment page and once you've paid, you will be taken to a page that has download links for your chosen files. It's that simple!

When I add a movie nothing happens, or an error shows up.

Javascript is required for the shopping cart, and you must have it enabled in your browser to download movies. If you do not have Javascript enabled for this site, when you click the link to add a movie to your download queue it will either not add the movie, or you will receive a Javascript error. You also must disable your pop-up blocker for our website. Please note that we do not use advertisement popups or spyware, and the only windows which pop up will be from the shopping cart when you add an item.

Downloading vs. Streaming

Our videos aren't streaming, you download them to your own computer. Why pay-per-minute to watch the same movie multiple times when you can own it and watch it whenever you want?

I use a Mac. Can I still download these movies?

Sure you can! Please be sure to update to the latest media player version you use, or check out our Technical Support page.

How much does it cost?

The cost depends on the movies you choose. We offer movies from several studios all with different prices. Each download price is shown on the movie's page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, which are processed by CCBill.

My payment was rejected. Why?

Any billing related issues, such as why payments failed, must be directed to CCBill. We do not have access to your payment information.

Can I copy my movie to other computers? Do your movies have DRM?

We encourage you to use your choice on which way you'd like to watch your downloaded movies. After all, you own them! You can transfer them to another computer, burn them to DVD, or play them on a home network.

Currently we not do not use DRM security. We do, however, take media piracy quite seriously. If you are found to be selling our video files, allowing others to copy them from your computer through the internet or P2P services, we will use the full extentof the law to our advantage.
